High School Summer Opportunities:
May 31- Paintball! w/ Engedi Church Youth Group (8th graders welcome!) Please sign-up by May 27!
June 8-17 – New Mexico Mission Trip – Please pray for the 15 students and 5 adults that will be heading to NM to spend a week on a Navajo Reservation working alongside of the Young Lives ministry there. Thank you to all who have graciously provided vehicles, camping gear, and money for this trip!
June 20-25 – Holland Mission Trip (Sign-up by May 31)
June 27- July 5 – Young Life Castaway Camp (Sign-up soon!)
July 8 – Beach Day at Tunnel Park (12:00-4:00pm) Bring a snack and a friend for a fun day in the sun!
July 12 - Summer Book Group – Blue Like Jazz (3:00-4:30pm)
July 19 - Summer Book Group – Blue Like Jazz (3:00-4:30pm)
July 22 – Kayaking on Kalamazoo River (10:00-3:00) Sign-up by July 19. We will rent the kayaks, but bring your own lunch.
July 26 – Summer Book Group – Blue Like Jazz (3:00-4:30pm)
August 2 – Summer Book Group – Blue Like Jazz (3:00-4:30pm)
August 5 – Michigan’s Adventure (10:00-6:00pm) Sign-up by August 2. $30 *includes transportation and admission.

August 23 – End of the Summer Pool Party at the Russell’s house (1:00-4:00) Bring a towel and a friend!
**Summer Book Group meets on Sunday’s in July and August from 3:00-4:30pm at Aaron’s house. (13 E 14th Street) This summer we will be reading and discussing Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller. (This is one of Aaron’s favorite books and he thinks that you will enjoy it too!) Let Aaron know if you need a book.
